Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Book content, cover images, and exported files are stored in AWS S3 with access controls tied to your account. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required by law.

4. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@fictionengine.ai. Residents of the EU/EEA may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.
